Water Purification Plant For The Healthy Living

As we know, water covers 75% of the earth's surface. 96.5% is found in the ocean, lakes and out of reaming 3.5% more than 2.5% of water is in the form of ice caps, clouds, biological bodies, and less than 1% is found as waterfalls, lakes, for around 700 living organisms. It’s vital for all living organisms, though it provides no nutrients or calories. Its chemical formula is H2O (each of its molecules contains 2 hydrogens and 1 oxygen connected by a covalent bond). It forms precipitation in the form of rain and aerosol in the way of fog. Clouds are formed by suspended water particles droplets of water and ice.

Approximately 70% of the freshwater used by humans goes to agriculture fields. WHO 2007 report says that in the world, there are 1.1 billion people who lack access to improved drinking water supply. 88% of the 4 billion annual cases of diarrheal disease are attributed to unsafe water; there are 1.8 billion people die from diarrheal diseases each year. 94% of cases can be prevented as WHO states.

Water Purification System

It's the process of removing undesirable chemicals, biological contaminants, suspended solids from the flow of wastewater using electrolytic oxidation vessel having chambers and at least one elongate cathode electrode and sacrificial anode. So that the water flows engage both of them. A voltage is applied across both the electrodes to create current having a density ranging 5-7ma/sq.cm as to release the ions and oxidized the insoluble contaminants.

We need to produce water fit for a specific purpose, and that's our goal. It may also be developed for fulfilling the requirement of medical, chemical, and industrial applications. This process includes physical, chemical, and biological processes.

1. Physical process - filtration, sedimentation, and distillation
2. Biological process - slow sand filters or biologically active carbon

Chemical process: flauctinaton, chlorination, and use of electromagnetic radiation like UV light. Water from a municipal supply is treated by these methods to produce the purest of water in the 16 megohm-cm3 and more excellent range.

Water Purification Plant

There are two main types of water treatment plant potable treatment and wastewater treatment plants. Here, we will focus on the potable water purification plant. The entire process starts with coagulation and flocculation. Here coagulation is the chemical that is added to the water, these chemicals such as Aluminum sulfate or ferric chloride are used to remove suspended solids, and after this, the water gets into basins called flocculation basins. In these the solution of the water and coagulant will slowly be mixed to form floc particles then it’s moved to the sedimentation basin, in these basins the floc particles settle down at a faster and faster rate. The particles which get settle down are known as sludge.

Then it gets into the filtration process, where sand filters are used in a basin with sands from fine to coarse .then the water gets into the disinfection process. There are 3 main ways, which can be used individually or in combination of each other.

1. Chlorine treatment
2. Ozone treatment
3. UV radiation treatment

WHAT IS RO PURIFIER

It's a technology for purifying water. Where RO stands for reverse osmosis. It's used to remove unwanted particles, ions from drinking water. It contains a membrane full of small holes to catch the impurities and purify the water. It removes dissolved impurities.

Advantage
1. It separates 99% of contamination from the water.
2. Improves the taste of the drinking water
3. Protect you can your family from the various kinds of waterborne diseases

WHAT IS UV PURIFIER?

It's the most effective method for removing the bacteria. It stands for an ultraviolet purifier. It kills bacteria and viruses. It’s cost-effective.

Disadvantage
1. Does not remove dissolved impurities.
2. Not valid on muddy water.
3. Requires electricity.
4. No water storage tank.

WHAT IS UF RO WATER PURIFIER?

It stands for ultra-filtration reverse osmosis water purifier. It’s made up of hollow membrane material. This is best for those who have sweet water in their locality.

Advantage
1. No electricity needed.
2. Comparatively low maintenance.

INDUSTRIAL RO PLANT

There are many RO plant manufacturer, and all of them manufacture RO plant with excellent quality. Here are some of the features of the industrial RO plant

1. Automatic bore-well water purification water plant
2. Reverse osmosis plant, 450 liters per hour
3. 1000 LPH industrial RO plant
4. Revos aqua systems standard industrial reverse osmosis units, industrial reverse osmosis plant
5. Stainless steel automatic RO plant
